AVIIR is pleased to present a private Krav Maga seminar on Personal and Community Safety, created exclusively for members of the Altneu community in New York City.

This dynamic and practical 3-session course introduces participants to real-world safety strategies rooted in Israeli Krav Maga, the system developed for the IDF and the Jewish community, and considered as the best self-defense system for its effectiveness and simplicity.

The course will focus on situational awareness, prevention, and practical self-defense principles and techniques that can help individuals better protect themselves and those around them.

This 3-session course is co-ed and open to all Altneu community members aged 18 and above, and is thoughtfully designed to accommodate all fitness levels and prior experience.

To ensure a supportive and comfortable learning environment for everyone, a female instructor will also be present to provide additional guidance and personalized feedback for female participants.
