Counter Terror & Active Shooter Scenarios
“Raz emphasized the importance of group work in combatting an Active Shooter. Skills like dragging a fellow co-worker out of danger are taught as is protecting a loved one from a threat, and when the perpetrator is neutralized we practiced taking hostages to safety. The instructions were clear, precise and empowering. The class fought and reacted as a unit under their guidance.””
There are many martial arts to choose from - but only one self-defense system tailored to the needs of targeted communities. Krav Maga was founded to protect communities under attack. Our tactics are based on experiences that our clients have faced, attacks that made headlines, and in-depth analysis by military and security professionals who face the horror of violence every day.
We have developed classes and seminars based on scenarios we have seen in recent years. It is an unfortunate reality that we have to contend with active shooters in houses of worship, educational institutions, businesses, and movie theaters. The good news is - we know how to deal with those situations, and we can teach you what must be done to secure yourselves and your communities.
Our curriculum is research-based and evolving to fit the situation. We have studied the mindset of active shooters, and we know the statistics.
We work with organizations, corporations, faith-based institutions, University groups, nonprofits, private groups, and individuals. We teach all ages and all levels.
Our mission is to prepare as many people as possible to protect themselves and those they love. We look forward to guiding you on this journey.
Our Classes
These hour long group classes will teach participants how to handle an active shooter situation. In these classes participants will learn how to respond effectively in an emergency situation, how to identify the attacker, activate an emergency action plan, how to evacuate hostages to safety and more.
Raz served as a special operations soldier in the IDF 900th Brigade. After serving in the field, he was promoted to combat instructor. During his tenure, he taught military Krav Maga to over 10,000 soldiers, including Israeli special forces and US Marines. Raz was also the 2010 IDF Krav Maga champion, excelling in precision and practice. After the army, Raz continued to train and teach in civilian and military Krav Maga under Israel's top instructors, Gabi Noah and Gal Chen. Raz currently works with security agencies in the United States, training recruits to keep our communities safe.
